Graham has built a reputation for driving innovation at scale while ensuring operational excellence.

Dave has spent the last 2 decades, most recently at Optibus and Stelia, founding companies, regions, building global teams of more than 200 people, and led organisations through growth, acquisition, and turnaround. His work spans AI, SaaS, and infrastructure – from stabilising billion-dollar platforms to transforming early-stage ventures into global category leaders.

Phil is the former CIO for the 5th largest US metro area’s public transit – serving 4.5 million customers. He has demonstrated IT leadership across transportation & manufacturing – managing large Technology teams and multi-million dollar budgets. Phil has proven transformation expertise, and a reputation for delivering results that matter.

Leon is the Former MD for Surface Transport, Transport for London and currently Master of the Worshipful Company of Carmen. He is also the President of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport. Alongside that he spends his time advising governments and companies like Thames Clippers, RATPDEV, and First.
