What does Mind The AI Gap actually do?

We help enterprise leaders move from AI ambition to operational results. That means three things in practice: assessing where your organisation genuinely stands on AI readiness, building a roadmap that fits your business (not a generic framework), and connecting you to the right vendors and training to deliver it. We’re not sure we’re ‘ready’ for AI. Is it too early to talk to you?

No — that’s usually the best time. Most of the organisations we work with start exactly there: aware they need to act, unsure where to begin, and wary of the wrong move being expensive. What size of organisation do you work with?

We work with mid-market and enterprise organisations, typically with established operations in mobility and transportation, contact centres, energy and utilities, or financial services. If you have complex legacy systems, regulatory exposure, or thousands of employees whose day-to-day work AI could change, we’re built for you. If you’re a ten-person startup looking to bolt on ChatGPT, we’re probably not the right fit.

Do you only do strategy, or can you help us actually deliver?

Both — and we’re deliberately set up so the gap between strategy and delivery doesn’t open up. Strategy work flows into vendor matchmaking, skills training for the teams who’ll use the tools, and IT service management transformation for the operational layer. You don’t have to re-onboard a new firm at every stage.
